ClubEngine and clubs using our platform may send transactional and informational text messages related to your membership, bookings, classes, events, and account — only when you have agreed to receive them.

How you opt in

You may opt in to SMS messages by:

• Providing your mobile number where our club customers collect consent (web forms, kiosk, or in-app flows).
• Checking an explicit SMS consent checkbox where offered, or sending a designated keyword when instructed.
• Continuing to use SMS-based flows only after reading and accepting applicable notices.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on your activity and club settings. Message and data rates may apply — check with your wireless carrier.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any ClubEngine-related marketing message to unsubscribe from that message program, or follow instructions provided by your club. Reply HELP for assistance where supported.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
